CUSTOM DESIGN BY QUOTE ONLY

This agreement is a (1) one year contract between yourself(the purchaser) and hebuiltmywebsite.com. All domain names are the property of the (you) the purchaser and all server accounts are the property of hebuiltmywebsite.com. If payment is not received within (7) seven days of invoice email submission, your site will be temporarily disabled until payment is remitted. After (30) days of non payment, your account will be deleted and you will have to remit the setup fee to reinstate your account.   After the contracted time is up, the contract will be extended month to month. You must submit by email, within (30) days of intent to cancel your account. If you choose to cancel before contract expiration you, the purchaser will be responsible for any remaining monthly fees left in the contract. Monthly reports will be issued by email stating visitor usage.
